Expenses Addon 1.0 - ReadMe Information

IMPORTANT NOTE - This item is an Addon for PHProjket version 5.0.1 (Stable (5.0) Snapshot of Sat Apr 29 02:23:22 CEST 2006), which is available at www.PHProjekt.com
IMPORTANT NOTE - This Addon does not work with any earlier versions of PHProjekt. It does work with PHProjekt 5.0.2, but may need additional edits (TBD). Eventually, it will be updated to work with later versions such as 5.1 which is in active development.
IMPORTANT NOTE - This Addon does not work with any other addons or the core system items YET. In the future, it will be made to work with a complete Invoice and Billing Addon that I am creating from scratch to be fully compatible with PHProjekt Version 5.
Expenses Addon Introduction
The Expenses Addon was created for three reasons:
1. to serve as a learning experience for creating PHProjekt Addons,
2. to serve as an example for others using the "Creating An Addon for PHProjekt 501.pdf" tutorial document
3. to serve as a useful addon for my company to use in billing purposes!
The Expenses Addon allows you to track expense purchases such as shipping costs, supplies / materials, travel, meals, and anything else that may be purchased for a client/project, and enter details about that purchase including:
- cost
- payment method
- user assignment
- assign expense to a project
- more, including export function : )
Once installed, the addon is fully editable through the PHProjekt Module Designer to allow you to rearrange, add and edit the form elements.

Read the included expenses_addon_license.txt file for more complete information about the GNU General Private License and the terms and conditions for the use of this addon. FREEWARE - POSTCARDWARE - As mentioned in the license.txt file, this addon is free, however, if you enjoy using it, or get some knowledge from it or the addon tutorial, consider sending me a postcard!
