For PHProjekt 5.1 some new options where added to the Projects statistic to improve the usability and handle large amounts of projects better. Still it is only possible to see statistics of other users in case you are at least project leader in one project, otherwise you will only be able to see your own statistic.

When entering either "Statistic" Or "My Statistics" the first option you find is a selectbox with "Saved Settings". Given you have saved your options before (You can do that in the next step of the statistic where the big table is shown) you can now choose the setting you want to reload. In order to apply your saved settings, just select the setting you want from the select box and either proceed automatically to the big table by clicking "OK" or load the settings to the current form by clicking "apply".

The Options you find in the next step all apply to the current form and limit the select box with the project list. In case you have Javascript enabled, those options will be submitted automatically, otherwise you can submit them by clicking the "OK" Button below(only appears with disabled Javascript). In MyStatistics the first option you find here is "show projects from all groups" / "show projects of current group". As default all your projects from all groups are shown, if you want to limit this to your current group only choose the second options and the page will reload itself automatically, with only the group projects shown. In the normal "Statistics" you can't choose between those two options. In that case only projects from the current group will be displayed.

Next you find some options concerning filter and archive /read elements. These options all relate to settings you have made in the Project listview. They allow you to:

- only show those projects which apply to the filters have you have set in the project list view
- only show those projects which aren't archived yet
- only show those projects which aren't read yet

Of course you can combine those settings and thereby limit the project output to your needs.

Next you should set at start- and end time either by entering the corresponding dates in the Begin /End fields or by choosing a period. This is a new feature for Version 5.1 and allows you not only to choose a period (like e.g. current month, last month current quarter, last quarter, etc.) but also sore those periods in your settings relative to the current date. That way if you store a period like "current month" for example in June, and load that setting let's say in September, all September bookings will be shown.

After that you should select one or more projects, as well as one or more co-workers. Notice that the project selection can be limited according to the options you have chosen before. In case you choose "all" projects, only those which apply to your settings will be shown in the statistic output.

The check box ‘bookings’ at the select form enables you to set the single bookings for every line as a small list, and optional with the check box 'remarks' with comments.

At last you can choose whether the statistic output should be sorted by project or date.

By clicking "OK" at the bottom of the page you will proceed to the statistic output.

On that page you can see a table with the actual statistic. Since Version 5.1 the table is displayed as a tree, meaning you can see which projects belong together and hide/show the subprojects. In addition to that, in case you sorted the output by projects the sum of all subprojects is shown as well.

Besides the big table this page supplies you with some additional options. By clicking the corresponding button you can either go back to the list view, return to the statistic form and alter some options or save and edit your settings.

When choosing "Edit and Save Settings" a Pop-up Window with further options will appear. Here you can either save the current settings, delete saved settings or apply saved settings. When applying saved settings the statistic output will reload automatically and a statistic according to those settings will be shown.
