A special case of a user profile is the secretary profile. With this feature, you can define which of your colleagues will have access onto your calendar. Since, in most teams in an office, secretaries perform this function of an employer, we called this feature secretary profile.

The secretary profile is the first profile to set at the select box for the user profiles and is not to delete.
